Welcome, my name is Daiva Levin and I am the founder of DL Orthodontic Laboratory. I graduated with a BA in medical science and a MA background in dentistry overseas in Lithuania.
I then moved overseas to Colorado and gained my EDDA and CDT without predicting that this state would no longer be my permanent home. In 2003, we picked up our belongings and relocated to our current home in Illinois.
15 years ago, I began working as an Orthodontic Technician with Dr. Allen, my mentor, at Wheaton Orthodontic Center. I designed my first orthodontic lab in Wheaton, IL. Ever since then, I have been serving the highest quality appliances for dentists and orthodontists within the local area.
As years passed, with plenty late nights, we’ve began to add new technologies and soon enough, expand into a new lab space. I have made sure my company and I strive to provide personally designed work and a safe and ergonomic work environment for our lab family.

DL Ortho Lab is a small, personal, family lab. We pride ourselves in having found the effective balance between technology and hands-on expertise without compromising our customized and personal quality. An important part of our values is engaging in conversations regarding how these changes affect you, your business, and your patients.
In-House 3D Printing
We offer in-house printing through an uploaded scan. Behind every digital scan we print is a real person- your patient. Knowing how important your patients are to you, we strongly encourage you to openly communicate with us so that we can deliver the exact quality you and your patients deserve.
Big Lab Capabilities
We offer a big selection of appliances, each fabricated with the highest-quality materials. From simple band-and-loop space maintainers to complicated functional appliances, we are able to fulfill all the needs of your practice.
