1. Services Provided

DL Orthodontic Laboratory provides custom orthodontic appliances and related services to dental and orthodontic professionals. All appliances are fabricated based on the specifications provided by the prescribing doctor.

2. Eligibility

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are legally authorized to enter into binding contracts, and that you are using our Services for professional, authorized purposes related to your practice.

3. Orders and Submissions

All orders submitted must include complete and accurate information. Incomplete or inaccurate information may result in production delays or incorrect appliance fabrication. We are not responsible for errors resulting from unclear or incomplete prescriptions.

4. Turnaround Time

While we strive to meet all agreed-upon deadlines, turnaround times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and we are not liable for any resulting inconvenience or damages.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment terms are 15 Days unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late payments may incur interest charges or account suspension.

6. Shipping and Risk of Loss

All appliances are shipped via UPS with tracking information unless otherwise specified. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise noted.

7. Warranties and Repairs

DL Orthodontic Laboratory warrants that our appliances will be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use for 90 Days after delivery. Repairs or remakes due to laboratory error will be completed at no additional charge. Remakes due to changes in prescriptions, impressions, or models may incur additional fees.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DL Orthodontic Laboratory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our Services or products.

Our liability for any claim shall be limited to the amount you paid for the specific service or appliance giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of DL Orthodontic Laboratory and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or reproduce our content without our prior written permission.

10. Changes to Terms
